This joint submission by Lawyers' Association for Human Rights of Nepalese Indigenous Peoples (LAHURNIP) and thirteen other national and international organizations (see Annex I) on the Human Rights Situation of Indigenous Peoples (IPs) in Nepal is to supplement the report of the Nepal Government, focusing on IPs, scheduled for review in the Universal Periodic Review (UPR) Working Group sessions 51st session (Jan - Feb 2026) of the UPR Working Group of the Human Rights Council (HRC) in Geneva in January 2026.
