This manual on basic financial management is the fifth of a series of training resource materials developed by the Indigenous Learning Institute for Community Empowerment (ILI) under the Regional Capacity Building Programme of the Asia Indigenous Peoples Pact (AIPP). The Manual was drafted in response to the need of AIPP members and partners to build their skills in financial management and administration.
