Rosario is a Chilean painter and anthropologist interested in analysing policy implementation in Indigenous Peoples' territories. During her PhD, she focused on the consideration of Indigenous Peoples' participation and rights in Chilean climate governance. This research led her to engage in UNFCCC meetings, where she now aims to support the advocacy of the international Indigenous Peoples' movement. Rosario holds diplomas in Indigenous rights and political ecology.
